PG Bison’s SupaGloss premium, high-gloss surface is manufactured to the latest international standards, offering rich, vibrant colors and outstanding durability.
Produced using advanced technology, a hot-coated polyurethane (PUR) layer is applied to MelaWood® on a SupaWood® core and cured under ultraviolet (UV) light. This process creates a smooth, high-gloss surface with excellent wear resistance and enhanced scratch protection, making it ideal for high-end interior applications.
For a premium finish, MelaWood SupaGloss provides a luxurious, glass-like surface. This UV-hardened gloss finish delivers rich colors and outstanding durability.
SupaGloss boards are available in standard sheet sizes of 2750 × 1830 mm in thicknesses of 18mm
We offer gloss edge banding designed to match our SupaGloss colors, available in 1.3 mm and 1mm thicknesses, with widths of 22 mm and 50 mm. Please contact us for specific color and size availability.
